Simone has a lifetime of experience in the cycling industry, and you can tell when you get your bike back. To those who say the service wasn’t what they expected, if you want a smile and someone to follow you around the store, go to Apple. This is a specialized cycling shop with high quality and years of experience. The bike fit Simone did for me significantly reduced my times and improved my technique, plus he charges a fraction of what you would pay elsewhere for a bike fit. 100% recommended, I’m glad I found a bike shop of this caliber in the city.
